CUSTOMER CARE
All custom shoes are made to order in brand-new pairs of shoes. I aim for quality in every pair so there is no worry about dissatisfaction with an order. My shoes are sealed with acrylic finisher, etc, however I do encourage not to scratch or rub at the paint. I will nor repair or refund a pair that has been mistreated.

RETURN POLICY
Each piece is custom-made so please handle them with care. I will not repair or replace the items due to poor care. Everything is hand-painted and made to order therefore all sales are final. I will not return shoes if they do not fit you, please make sure you know your shoe size in US sizing.
PLEASE CHOOSE SIZE CORRECTLY BEFORE PURCHASE.
SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are shipped with the fastest available service. The shipping time, 1-2 days, listed on my website is the time it will take to ship after I am done customizing your order and ship it out. If you have any questions about requesting quicker methods, contact me at anidzhcustoms@gmail.com.
